Default What older games are you playing now?

All the huss and fuss about new games with all their graphics and power and 5000 buttons. Bah! Sometimes I just like to throw in tetris or Super Mario Brothers 3 and have a good ol time!

What old games are you playing right now? Not right now now, but within the past couple weeks?

I actually bought two old sega genesis games, Shining in the darkness, and cool spot. I am also playing earthworm jim and Shining force! Good games and still fun!

What oldies are you playing?

KotOR, all the Monkey Islands, every point-and-click LucasArts/LucasFilm ever made, Deus Ex, System Shock 2, er, lots really.

Always have a HDD full of retro in case reminiscance strikes.

Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrels.

1996 ftw. Also, 1MB games are very convenient when you consider the fact you can have 1000 of them on a 1GB USB.

Most amusingly tasteless game, for sure!

Er, besides Redneck Rampage, I guess.

...and Postal.

Not really the oldest of games but I still love Morrowind.

Imo Best. game. Ever. prefer it to oblivion even through its shiny visuals and 50000 buttons =)

Master of Magic (Good ole MoM!)
M.A.X. (Customizable units, limited ammunition, supply lines...)
Neverwinter Nights. (I've had this forever and never passed the campaign. Working on it!)

I just played Alpha Centauri again recently.

Every now and then I also fire up Master of Orion or even Heroes of Might and Magic III-V
